Embrace life in all its flavours
Our world is full of flavour. From Jamaica to Pakistan, Bradford to Brick Lane and back again, we celebrate flavours from every corner of the world, found right here in Britain — bringing people together through a shared love of good food.
Thai
The smells, sights and sounds of Thailand are a wonder to behold. Invigorating, exciting and full of life, much like their food, which, unlike other parts of Asia, is characterised by its lighter, fresher and sweeter flavours that delight the senses no matter how simple the dish.
Middle Eastern
When you think of the Middle East, visions of never-ending deserts and the aromatic smells of bustling spice markets flood your imagination. It’s a full-blown sensory experience, and nothing takes you there faster than whipping up a dish rich with the deeply fragrant spices of this part of the world.
Indian
Known as the world’s greatest exporter of spices, India’s food is rich with the warmth of treasured and complex flavours that have been lovingly passed down in families for generations. While dishes vary from Northern to South Indian culture, spices and rice are the way of life, which creates the strong aromatic flavours together with the vibrant colours.
Chinese
Chinese cooking is as much an art as it is a means of nourishment, with presentation, flair and entertainment as much a part of the meal as the food itself. No wonder the world has fallen in love with its flavours and traditions. The taste of Chinese food is traditionally balanced into five key categories — salty, spicy, sour, sweet and bitter — that come together to create a delicious harmony of flavours.

Caribbean
Famed for its crystal clear waters, uplifting music and breezy living, the Caribbean is a place we’d all love to lose ourselves in. It’s also home to the most vibrant food too, with the freshest ingredients, herbs and spices available on the doorstep of pure paradise. This abundance of freshness is transformed into the most mouthwatering hot sauces, fragrant marinades and cool chutneys that are unlike any others in the world.
African
Packed with heat, sweet and smokiness, African cuisine is always a surprise and a delight. From piri-piri punchiness to signature claypot cooking, it’s a continent’s worth of flavour that excites the senses.
British
At the heart of UK’s famous dishes are the comforting classics that give you a taste of nostalgia. Also the multicultural food culture of the nation has brought unique tastes to the homes, restaurants and street stalls across Britain.
