FAMILY FRIENDLY CHICKEN FRIED RICE

Method
- 2 Pouches Golden Vegetable Rice
- 2 tbsps. vegetable oil or stir fry oil
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 100g button mushrooms, cut in half
- 50g green beans, cut in half
- Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Finely chopped parsley to garnish
Notes
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and add the chicken. Fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked and golden brown
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and add to the chicken together with the mushrooms. Fry for 2 – 3 minutes to soften
- Heat the Tilda Golden Vegetable Rice in the microwave for 1 minute and add to the stir fry mix. Add a dash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce depending on your families taste
- Serve piping hot with a sprinkle of parsley
