Method
- 300 ml of apple juice
- 200ml of beetroot juice
- 1 pack of Tilda White and Brown Steamed Rice
- 1 large thumb of grated ginger
- 2 large handfuls of blueberries
- 8 strawberries
Notes
- Blitz all of the ingredients together in a smoothie maker or liquidizer until the rice is broken down and the fruit is smooth
