Ingredients

Method

  • 300 ml of apple juice
  • 200ml of beetroot juice
  • 1 pack of Tilda White and Brown Steamed Rice
  • 1 large thumb of grated ginger
  • 2 large handfuls of blueberries
  • 8 strawberries

Notes

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients together in a smoothie maker or liquidizer until the rice is broken down and the fruit is smooth
