This salad can easily be freestyled with the veggies of your choice.

  • Pescatarian


  • Tilda Limited Edition Caribbean Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Tomato
  • Prawns
  • Sweet Potato
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Onion
  • Shallots
  • Ginger
  • Garlic


  1. Fry the prawns in a hot pan. Then fry the ginger, garlic, shallots (separately)
  2. Add the diced sweet potato to the ginger, garlic and shallots
  3. Decant the mixture into a bowl
  4. Separately, make the garnish with tomato, coriander, spring onion and dill
  5. Microwave the rice and combine with the mixture. Add garnish to finish
