Chicken Mediterranean Wrap

All the yummy Mediterranean flavours – tomato, basil, olive, feta – wrapped in a tortilla for a simple, easy and filling lunch.

Feel free to complete with any leftover vegetables or chicken.



  • 125g Tilda Tomato & Basil rice pouch
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 50g of feta
  • 8 pitted green olives, roughly chopped
  • 65g of cooked chicken


  1. Heat Tilda Tomato & Basil rice in the microwave according to pack instructions.
  2. Place the tortilla on a plate and microwave for 15 seconds.
  3. Use the back of a spoon or fork and mash the feta and olives in the middle of the tortilla leaving a 3-4cm border around the edge.
  4. Top with rice and cooked chicken, season with black pepper.
  5. Wrap up in foil or a napkin and cut on the diagonal and eat.
  6. Tip: Grilled halloumi or pepper and cucumber strips would be a great vegetarian alternative to the chicken.
