Inspired from Southeast Asian cuisine, this tasty salmon recipe with a sticky sauce coating will ravish your taste buds.

- 1 pouch Tilda Golden Vegetable Rice or Tilda Pure Basmati Rice
- 2 salmon fillets
- Juice and zest of a small lemon
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 4 spring onions finely sliced
- Pinch of chilli flakes
Notes
- Pre-heat the oven to 220 c, Fan 200 ̊c, Gas Mark 7
- Mix together the lemon juice, zest, Worcestershire sauce, Sweet chilli sauce, sugar or honey and drizzle over the fish. Scatter over the spring onions
- Cook in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked
- Heat the rice in the microwave or pan according to pack instructions.
- Top the hot rice with the cooked salmon and sprinkle with a pinch of chilli flakes
