- 1 cup Tilda® Extra Long Grand Basmati Rice
 - 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
 - ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
 - 1 cup zucchini, diced
 - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 cup red onion, sliced
 - ½ tsp chili powder
 - ½ lb lamb steak, thinly sliced
 - 1 Tbsp almonds, sliced, toasted
 
How to make Spicy Lamb and Vegetables Pilaf

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium sauté pan and add the bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, onion and chili powder
 - 
								
Sauté for 5 minutes, add the lamb and sauté until lightly browned.
 - 
								
Serve over rice, garnish with toasted almonds.
