The easiest rice and peas ever, adding a twist with a few extra veggies. Freestyle with your favourites for a tasty Caribbean dish!

Ingredients

  • Tilda Caribbean Rice & Peas Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Bell Peppers
  • Runner Beans
  • White Onion
  • Thyme
  • Garlic
  • Chilli
  • Jerk Paste
  • Lemon

Cook

  1. Throw sliced bell pepper and runner beans into a pan with a tbsp of oil. Add onion and saute together
  2. Take a handful of thyme and garlic add to pan and mix well
  3. Add sliced chilli into the pan along with a tbsp of jerk paste
  4. Add Tilda Caribbean Rice & Peas to the pan and mix together until cooked
  5. Squeeze a lemon over and plate up to enjoy a tropical taste of the Caribbean
