An amazing platter for a party with something for everyone. Dial up the tanginess with a bit of sumac and pomegranate!

  • Tilda Brown Steamed Basmati Rice & Quinoa
  • Prawns
  • Tomato
  • Lime
  • Halloumi
  • Pomegranate
  • Garlic
  • Sumac
  • Mint
  • Pomegranate


  1. Marinade prawns in lime, sumac, salt and pepper
  2. Mix rice with mint, tomato and oil


  1. Fry halloumi and set aside. Then fry the marinated prawns and set aside
  2. Serve prawns and halloumi on a bed of rice
  3. Garnish with lime and pomegranate
