For all the halloumi lovers, an exotic vegetarian dish featuring fennel, tagine paste (add to taste for a deeper flavour!), and sumac.

  • Vegetarian


  • Tilda Potato, Chilli & Coconut Super Grains
  • Aubergine
  • Peppers
  • Halloumi
  • Fennel (thinly shaved)
  • Mint
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Tagine Paste
  • Sumac
  • Lemon


  1. Fry the halloumi, aubergines and peppers with a tablespoon of water
  2. Add rice to the pan
  3. Plate up and garnish with thinly sliced fennel, mint, pomegranate, sumac and a squeeze of lemon
