Try out our tasty Golden Wraps recipe, the perfect, quick meal for those busy evenings.
1 pack of Tilda Roasted Vegetable Brown Basmati Rice
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 sliced red pepper
1 pack of precooked BBQ chicken, sliced
200g grated cheese
- Stir fry 2 finely chopped spring onions and 1 sliced red pepper until softened.
- Add a pack of precooked BBQ chicken slices and heat through.
- Heat the Tilda Golden Vegetable rice in the microwave for 2 minutes and add to the pan.
- Warm 4 flour tortillas and fill with rice and chicken mix.
- Top with grated cheese, roll and enjoy with BBQ dip.
