Spinach and Salmon Rice

- Serves 3
- 1 cup Tilda® Extra Long Grand Basmati Rice
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 6 oz hot smoked salmon, flaked
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Fresh lemon or lime to garnish
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, when the rice is close to done, heat butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat and add the spinach.
When spinach is wilted, stir in prepared basmati rice and smoked salmon and heat through.
Serve with fresh lemon or lime wedges.
