Spinach and Salmon Rice

Super easy to prepare, this is the perfect dish for a quick dinner or tasty lunch! The flavors of spinach and salmon complement Tilda Lime and Cilantro rice perfectly.
2 servings Tilda Pure Basmati
2 large handfuls of spinach
1 pack of honey-roasted salmon flakes
Fresh lime to garnish
- Get your rice into a pan of boiling water and cook for 20mins or until tender. When the rice is nearly finished, heat some butter in a large pan over a medium heat and stir in the spinach.
- As soon as the spinach is wilted and shiny add in your cooked rice. Stir in a pack of honey-roasted salmon flakes.
- As soon as the salmon is hot, eat straightaway with a slice of fresh lime squeezed over.
