Spinach and Salmon Rice

Super easy to prepare, this is the perfect dish for a quick dinner or tasty lunch! The flavors of spinach and salmon complement Tilda® Basmati Rice perfectly.

  • 1 cup Tilda® Extra Long Grand Basmati Rice
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 6 oz hot smoked salmon, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Fresh lemon or lime to garnish

How to make Spinach and Salmon Rice

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, when the rice is close to done, heat butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat and add the spinach.

  3. When spinach is wilted, stir in prepared basmati rice and smoked salmon and heat through.

  4. Serve with fresh lemon or lime wedges.
