- 4 tbsp cooked Tilda Wholegrain Basmati rice
- 1 large orange, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- A thumb of ginger, grated
- ½ mango, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 300ml coconut water
