Savory Mushroom Rice

Enjoy a super quick vegetarian mushroom rice dish, perfect for lunch and dinner.
- 250g package Tilda Ready-to-Heat Pure Basmati Rice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
- Heat oil & butter.
- Add the diced onions saute them then add mushrooms with salt & pepper.
- Stir them on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the package of Tilda Basmati rice. Cook for 2 minutes
