Enjoy a super quick vegetarian mushroom rice dish, perfect for lunch and dinner.

  • 250g package Tilda Ready-to-Heat Pure Basmati Rice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

  1. Heat oil & butter.
  2. Add the diced onions saute them then add mushrooms with salt & pepper.
  3. Stir them on high heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the package of Tilda Basmati rice. Cook for 2 minutes
