Nutritional & Dietary
All of the rice that we supply, both dry and steamed, is gluten free. Gluten is found in wheat or products containing wheat derivatives and in rye, barley, oats, spelt and kamut.

Yes, just defrost it and cook as normal.
The reason it can be unsafe to eat reheated rice the next day, is because of Bacillus Cereus and other bacteria that exist in dry rice. Their spores can survive the cooking process. These spores can grow and produce toxins when the rice is left at room temperature and could potentially cause food poisoning. We recommend that rice is cooled as quickly as possible after cooking and stored in the refrigerator. When reheating, make sure that the rice is completely heated through before eating. Rice should not be kept in the fridge for more than a day after cooking and should never be reheated more than once.
We advise cooking 60g of dry rice per person.
There is no difference.
Our microwavable Tilda Steamed Basmati rice is cooked and sterilized in the pouch (the microwaving is just a reheating process) so it is fine to eat it cold and straight from the pouch.
Yes, however please ensure that you have stored your open packet in the refrigerator and that the rice completely heated through before eating
Yes, just empty your favourite flavour into a pan and stir fry for four minutes until it is heated through.
