Try out our tasty Golden Wraps recipe, the perfect, quick meal for those busy evenings.


  • 1 pack of Tilda Roasted Vegetable Brown Basmati Rice
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 1 pack of precooked BBQ chicken, sliced
  • 200g grated cheese
  • BBQ dip
  • Flour tortillas


  1. Stir fry 2 finely chopped spring onions and 1 sliced red pepper until softened.
  2. Add a pack of precooked BBQ chicken slices and heat through.
  3. Heat the Tilda Golden Vegetable rice in the microwave for 2 minutes and add to the pan.
  4. Warm 4 flour tortillas and fill with rice and chicken mix.
  5. Top with grated cheese, roll and enjoy with BBQ dip.
