Try out our tasty Golden Wraps recipe, the perfect, quick meal for those busy evenings.
- 1 pack of Tilda Roasted Vegetable Brown Basmati Rice
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 sliced red pepper
- 1 pack of precooked BBQ chicken, sliced
- 200g grated cheese
- BBQ dip
- Flour tortillas
Stir fry 2 finely chopped spring onions and 1 sliced red pepper until softened.
Add a pack of precooked BBQ chicken slices and heat through.
Heat the Tilda Golden Vegetable rice in the microwave for 2 minutes and add to the pan.
Warm 4 flour tortillas and fill with rice and chicken mix.
Top with grated cheese, roll and enjoy with BBQ dip.
