Coconut milk and Thai green curry paste bring this tasty Thai dish to life. Add some chillies for a fiery kick!


  • Tilda Firecracker Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Aubergine
  • Prawns
  • Chicken
  • Red Pepper
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Onions
  • Coconut Milk
  • Green Curry Paste
  • Sugar Snap Peas


  1. Marinate raw chicken with curry paste and coconut milk


  1. Dry fry king prawns in pan. Separately chop all vegetables
  2. Add vegetables to pan containing chicken and curry sauce, leave to simmer
  3. Heat rice for 2 mins in the microwave. Add curry on top of rice and garnish with coriander and green onions
