Caribbean dish with our Rice and Peas, and a colourful salsa on the side. Freestyle with your favourite vegetables.


  • Tilda Limited Edition Caribbean Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Red Onion
  • Sweetcorn
  • Peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Lime
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Chicken
  • Jerk Paste
  • Garlic
  • Spring Onion


  1. Fry the red onion in a pan
  2. Add chicken, jerk paste and garlic to pan and fry until cooked
  3. Make a salsa in a separate bowl: chop up tomato, spring onion, avocado and add sweetcorn and lime juice
  4. Add broccoli, peppers, sweetcorn to a pan and steam until vegetables are soft
  5. Add chicken mix and vegetables together with rice and serve with the salsa
