  • Tilda Lime & Herb Super Grains
  • Onions
  • Courgettes
  • Aubergines
  • Spring Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Chickpeas
  • Baharat
  • Sumac
  • Apricots
  • Tofu
  • Vegetable Stock
  • Lemon


  1. Fry the onions in pan and add a sprinkle of baharat and sumac
  2. Add courgettes and aubergines with some water
  3. Add in chickpeas, vegetable stock, apricots, black pepper and stir well
  4. Add rice and tofu
  5. Leave to simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add lemon to finish
