Tangy fruit adds a different layer to this Caribbean fried rice – Freestyle with different citrus fruits!

  • Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • Limited Edition Tilda Peri Peri Steamed Basmati Rice
  • Broccoli
  • Peppers
  • Lemon
  • Thyme
  • Pomegranate
  • Chilli
  • Onion
  • Sweetcorn

Cook

  1. Fry the onions and peppers with a little chopped chilli
  2. When soft, add the broccoli and sweetcorn
  3. Add Peri Peri rice and stir well for three to four minutes
  4. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and a squeeze of lemon
  5. Garnish with thyme leaves
