This recipe uses:
Pudding Rice 500g
Rinse rice under cold water
Place in a saucepan with milk, sugar and vanilla
Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy
Stir in cinnamon
Serve warm with a spoonful of jam on top
