Cheese, herbs, and Tilda Pure Basmati come together in the air fryer for golden-topped, fluffy bites that double as a side or a fun, shareable treat.
This recipe uses:
Pure Basmati Rice
(Or, try it with: Wholegrain Basmati Rice 250g or Pure Steamed Basmati Rice 250g )
Drizzle the centre of mushrooms with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl add your cooked Tilda basmati rice, garlic, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, red pepper, oregano, salt, parsley, and mix.
Load up your mushrooms with the rice mix and top them with mozzarella cheese and place them into your non-stick pan.
Set the air frier to 180c and cook the mushrooms for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
Garnish with extra parsley and a side salad.
