Air Fryer Cheese Rice-Stuffed Mushrooms

Cheese, herbs, and Tilda Pure Basmati come together in the air fryer for golden-topped, fluffy bites that double as a side or a fun, shareable treat.

  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms (medium or large depending on the size of your pan)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 100g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Small Red Pepper, diced
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Pouch Tilda Pure Basmati Rice
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 20g Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 150g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 150g Tilda Basmati Rice, cooked

How to make Air Fryer Cheese Rice-Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Drizzle the centre of mushrooms with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt.

  2. In a separate bowl add your cooked Tilda basmati rice, garlic, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, red pepper, oregano, salt, parsley, and mix.

  3. Load up your mushrooms with the rice mix and top them with mozzarella cheese and place them into your non-stick pan.

  4. Set the air frier to 180c and cook the mushrooms for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.

  5. Garnish with extra parsley and a side salad.
