  • 1 pouch Tilda Spicy Mexican Rice
  • 1 pack of 8 Soft Tacos
  • 2 Pork loin steaks, cut into thin slices
  • Marinade
  • 2 heaped tsps. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 60g Grated cheese
  • Large handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to season

How to make SMOKY RICE & PORK TACOS WITH TILDA SPICY MEXICAN                        

  1. Mix the marinade ingredient together and coat the pork

  2. Add to a hot pan and stir fry over a high heat for 2 minutes

  3. Add red pepper and onion and stir fry for a further 6-8 minutes until vegetables are softened

  4. Cook the rice according to pack instructions. Add to the pan and stir well. Season to taste

  5. Heat the tacos according to pack instructions

  6. Fill with the pork and rice mixture and top with chopped cherry tomatoes and grated cheese

  7. Sprinkle with chopped coriander to serve
