Rice Pudding with Cinnamon and Jam

  • 100g Tilda Pudding rice
  • 600ml whole milk (or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or honey)
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp fruit jam (strawberry/raspberry/etc.)

How to make Rice Pudding with Cinnamon and Jam

  1. 1.Rinse rice under cold water

  2. 2.Place in a saucepan with milk, sugar and vanilla

  3. 3.Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy

  4. 4.Stir in cinnamon

  5. 5.Stir in cinnamon

  6. 6.Serve warm with a spoonful of jam on top
