  • 1 pouch Tilda Spicy Mexican Rice
  • For the Salsa
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • Large handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to season
  • 120g ready cooked chargrilled chicken
  • 1 medium avocado, mashed
  • 50g Grated cheese
  • A few Pickled Green Jalapenos (optional)

How to make NAKED BURRITO BOWL WITH TILDA SPICY MEXICAN                        

  1. Heat the rice according to the pack instructions and set aside

  2. Mix together the Salsa ingredients

  3. Assemble the rice, the Salsa, the chicken and the Avocado into a serving bowl

  4. Top with grated cheese and pickled Jalapenos to serve
