Lemon Basmati Rice

  • 1.25kg Tilda Easy Cook Basmati Rice
  • 5 tsp turmeric
  • 5 lemons, grated zest
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 100g butter
  • 1 large bunch fresh coriander, chopped

  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the turmeric and lemon zest. Add the rice and cook following pack instructions.
  2. Drain, then gently stir through the butter, lemon juice and coriander.
  3. Serve with Classic Chicken Korma.
