- 200g Tilda Easy Cook Long Grain Rice, cooked
- 40ml oil
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 400g green or red peppers
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper and ground coriander. Chopped, cooked vegetables of your own choice may be added at this stage – i.e. celery, cucumber, courgette or carrot.
- Using two spoons, stir in the rice, lifting and stirring until the ingredients are distributed evenly throughout the rice. Season with soy sauce to taste.
