This unique grain is known for its tantalising flavour, magical aroma and delicate fluffy texture. Like champagne, Pure Basmati rice can only be grown and harvested in one place on Earth, at the foothills of the Himalayas. Our grains are purity tested, as we believe only Pure Basmati has the unique characteristics.
- Add 1 cup of Tilda Pure Basmati to a bowl and cover with water and soak for 20 minutes
- Drain and rinse with cold water then add 2 measures of water to one measure of dry rice to the pan
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Remove lid and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Lightly fork through grains and serve
