Tropical Ginger & Turmeric Smoothie

This tropical smoothie is ideal for fuelling your workout. It’s light and delicious, with wholegrain rice blended for a silky texture and slow release carbohydrates to keep you going from start to finish.

4 tbsp cooked Tilda Wholegrain Basmati rice
1 large orange, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated
A thumb of ginger, grated
½ mango, chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp turmeric
300ml coconut water

  1. Peel and chop the ingredients
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender
  3. Blitz until smooth
  4. Serve chilled
