Jenna Hope is a Registered Nutritionist, author of How To Stay Healthy, and the founder of nutrition consultancy, Jenna Hope Nutrition. With both an undergraduate degree and a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Jenna combines academic expertise with extensive practical experience to provide evidence-based, accessible and realistic nutrition advice.
Through her work with 1-to-1 clients, Jenna supports individuals in developing a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food and their overall wellbeing.
