Ellie Baker is a track and field athlete that represents Great Britain in the 800m and 1500m. She is 24 years old and has been competing in athletics for over 14 years. Ellie is an under 20 and under 23 European silver medallist over the 800m. In 2022 Ellie competed for Great Britain in the World Championships where she made the semi-finals in the 800m. She also competed at the 2022 European Championships in the 1500m where she made the final and finished in 8th place. Ellie’s aim is to make the Great British team for the Paris Olympics in 2024.
As Ellie has been active from such a young age, she has always had a great interest in nutrition and fuelling the body to get the most out of herself in training and races. Ellie is also a qualified personal trainer and loves to help others achieve their goals too.
