A nourishing Green Bean & Shiitake Mushroom Bowl packed with umami flavor, sautéed vegetables, and wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a healthy, plant-based meal.
Add the green beans and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes
Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well
Add to the pan and stir well to thicken and coat the vegetables
Heat the rice according to pack instructions and serve in a bowl heaped with the vegetable mix
For a Pak Choy and Mushroom variant:
Follow the method as above replacing the green beans with halved baby Pak choy and the shitake mushrooms with sliced chestnut mushrooms
