- 1 pouch Tilda Ginger & Soy Sticky Rice
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 100g fine green beans, trimmed and chopped
- 135g Shitake mushrooms, sliced
- Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 4 tbsp water
How to make Green Bean & Shitake Mushroom Bowl

Add the green beans and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes

Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well

Add to the pan and stir well to thicken and coat the vegetables

Heat the rice according to pack instructions and serve in a bowl heaped with the vegetable mix
For a Pak Choy and Mushroom variant:
Follow the method as above replacing the green beans with halved baby Pak choy and the shitake mushrooms with sliced chestnut mushrooms
