This recipe uses:
Soy & Ginger Sticky Medium Grain Rice
Add all the marinade ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth
Place the thinly sliced beef into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with the marinade. Cover with cling film and marinade in the fridge for 1 hour or longer if you have the time
Preheat a griddle pan until hot. Add the sunflower oil and marinated beef. Cook on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes
Heat the rice according to pack instructions and serve with the beef
Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and chilli flakes
