  • 1 pouch Tilda Ginger & Soy Sticky Rice
  • 200g Beef sirloin steak, cut into very thin slices
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Marinade Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • To Serve:
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 large pinch dried chilli flakes

How to make Easy Korean Bulgogi

  1. Add all the marinade ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth

  2. Place the thinly sliced beef into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with the marinade. Cover with cling film and marinade in the fridge for 1 hour or longer if you have the time

  3. Preheat a griddle pan until hot. Add the sunflower oil and marinated beef. Cook on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes

  4. Heat the rice according to pack instructions and serve with the beef

  5. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and chilli flakes
