This recipe uses:
Chinese Special Fried Rice
In a large bowl combine all the meatball ingredients adding enough egg to bind together
Using slightly wet hands divide the mix into 10 and shape into balls
Add the oil to a large pan and heat. Add the meatballs and cook until golden brown all over and cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm
Combine all the glaze ingredients together and add to the pan. Heat for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
Heat the rice according to pack instructions and serve with the meatballs.
Drizzle the glaze over the meatballs and serve
