- 1 pouch Tilda Chinese Special Fried Rice
- 1 rack of pork ribs, about 600g in weight
- 4 tbsp water
- Marinade Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- ½ tsp Chinese 5 Spice
How to make Chinese BBQ Spare Ribs

Preheat oven to 180 ̊c, Fan 160 ̊c, Gas 4

Place the rack of ribs into a baking tray and add the water. Cover with foil and cook for 1hr 30 minutes

To make the marinade mix all the ingredients together

Remove the ribs from the oven and drain off the cooking juices. Cover the ribs with the marinade, coating well and return to the oven for 30 minutes. Baste the ribs with the marinade every 10 mins

Heat the rice according to pack instructions and serve with the Chinese BBQ ribs
