Open and closed pan methods
Measure 120g of Tilda Pure Basmati Rice for 2 servings
Wash your rice under cold water until the water runs clear
Add a minimum of 500ml of water with the washed rice to a saucepan
Bring to the boil
Stir and cook for 10-12 minutes over a medium heat, uncovered
Drain, cover and leave to stand for 3 minutes
Fluff it up with a fork
Serve your perfectly cooked basmati rice
Add the washed rice to a pan of water using a 2 to 1 water to rice ratio
Stir, cover and cook the rice for 10-12 minutes over a low heat
Remove from the heat, keep covered and leave to stand for 3 minutes
Fluff it up with a fork and serve
