These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the competition agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Tilda assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the brand on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating and entering in the Promotion.
Tilda shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although Tilda shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.
Personal data provided in relation to this competition will be used in the same way as declared within Tilda’s Privacy Policy.
The Spin the Wheel Promotion is open to UK & Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over only.
Participants must enter their details at the venue (Savoy Hotel) between 10am – 6pm on the day to be entered into the competition.
The activities will begin at 10:00am on 09/02/25 and close at 18:00pm on 09/02/25.
Any entries after this time will not be included within the prize draw.
A Tilda representative will randomly select a prize from the spin the wheel options subject where the spinner lands and availability on the day.
No purchase necessary and no cash alternative.
No multiple entries will be accepted. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
All data will be held in accordance with Tilda’s Privacy Policy.
Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are falsified in any way.
Tilda cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
Tilda Ltd will not enter into communication regarding winners’ selection.
Tilda reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
All entries who enter the spin the wheel competition will automatically be entered for the Romantic Dinner for Two Prize which is worth £300.

If the selected winner does not respond by 17/02/25 another winner will be chosen, and the same process will be carried out.
