  • 250g Tilda Soy & Ginger rice
  • 300g raw tiger prawns (peeled)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 Red Thai curry paste (store-bought)
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 100ml water

How to make Soy & Ginger Rice with Thai Prawn Curry

  1. 1. In a pan, heat oil, fry onion, bell pepper and garlic

  2. 2. Add curry paste and cook for 1 min

  3. 3. Add coconut milk, simmer 3–4 minutes

  4. 4. Add prawns, cook 4–5 minutes until pink

  5. 5. Microwave rice for 2 mins

  6. 6. Serve curry over soy & ginger rice
