  • 1 packet 2-minute Ready-to-Heat Tilda Steamed Basmati Rice (250g)
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed (cooked)
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

How to make One-Pot Chicken Rice Soup

  1. In a pot, melt butter then add carrot & onion. Cook until softened

  2. Add garlic, broth, thyme, salt & pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Add chicken, Tilda Steamed Basmati Rice and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 more minutes.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
