Enjoy a flavoursome One-Pot Chicken Rice Soup dish, perfect for lunch and dinner.

- 1 packet 2-minute Ready-to-Heat Tilda Steamed Basmati Rice (250g)
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed (cooked)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- In a pot, melt butter then add carrot & onion. Cook until softened
- Add garlic, broth, thyme, salt & pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add chicken, Tilda Steamed Basmati Rice and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
