  • 1 cup Tilda Basmati rice, rinsed
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pistachios or a pinch of cinnamon for garnish

Method

  1. Rinse the Tilda Basmati rice thoroughly, then simmer it in water until the grains are soft and fully cooked

  2. In a saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch and cold milk. Place it on the stove and cook on medium heat

  3. Add sugar to taste, then stir in the boiled rice. Mix well and add the vanilla extract

  4. Pour the mixture into dessert dishes and allow it to cool

  5. Top with nuts of your choice and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve
