All in one Competition - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the competition agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 


  • Tilda assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the brand on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating and entering in the Promotion. 
  • Tilda shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although Tilda shall try to minimise the effect of such failures. 
  • Personal data provided in relation to this competition will be used in the same way as declared within the Tilda Privacy Policy. 

 Prize Promotion 

  • The prize promotion is open to UK & Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over only. 
  • Participants must follow entry requirements listed in the social media post to be entered into the competition. 
  • To enter the competition on Instagram/Facebook by 23:59 on 25/04/24. 
  • Any entries after this time will not be included within the competition draw. 
  • One winner will be chosen at random by a Tilda representative and notified within 5 days of the closing date. 
  • No purchase necessary and no cash alternative. 
  • No multiple entries will be accepted. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. 
  • Winners must provide a valid UK or Northern Ireland postal address. 
  • The prize will be sent once the winner has provided their details (the Promoter accepts no responsibility regarding mis-delivery or failure to receive the prize). 
  • All data will be held in accordance with Tilda’s Privacy Policy. 
  • Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are falsified in any way. 
  • Tilda cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason. 
  • Tilda Ltd will not enter into communication regarding winners’ selection. 
  • Tilda reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value. 

If the selected winner do not respond by 05/05/24 another winner will be chosen, and the same process carried out.
