Herby Rice Salad

This dish makes a great side for pork chops or chicken drumsticks.

Serves 20


  • 800g cooked Tilda Brown & White Rice
  • 10 spring onions, fi nely chopped
  • 10 carrots, grated
  • 150g raisins
  • Handful each of fresh parsley, basil, coriander and mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp each of white wine vinegar, oil and orange juice


  1. Cook the Tilda Brown & White Rice as per the instructions on the pack.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
