Herby Rice Salad
This dish makes a great side for pork chops or chicken drumsticks.
- 800g cooked Tilda Brown & White Rice
- 10 spring onions, fi nely chopped
- 10 carrots, grated
- 150g raisins
- Handful each of fresh parsley, basil, coriander and mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp each of white wine vinegar, oil and orange juice
- Cook the Tilda Brown & White Rice as per the instructions on the pack.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
