Herby Rice Salad

This dish makes a great side for pork chops or chicken drumsticks.
800g cooked Tilda Brown & White Rice
10 spring onions, fi nely chopped
10 carrots, grated
Handful each of fresh parsley, basil, coriander and mint leaves, roughly chopped
4 tbsp each of white wine vinegar, oil and orange juice
- Cook the Tilda Brown & White Rice as per the instructions on the pack.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
