A classic dish made with the new limited edition British Curry rice, which adds extra flavours of creamy coconut, curry leaf and coriander with fragrant cinnamon, sweet apricots and star anise.
Preparation
- Blend all the ingredients together and season to taste
Ingredients
- 1 pouch Tilda British Curry Rice
- 200g leftover turkey, diced
- 2 tbsps. low fat yoghurt
- 2 tbsps. Mayonnaise
- Juice of half a lemon
- 50g fresh mango, diced
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 handful coriander, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper
