Steve Munkley, Exec Head Chef, The Royal Garden Hotel

Executive Head Chef, Steve Munkley, who has been at the hotel for 17 years, manages a brigade of 60 talented chefs who provide up to a staggering 2,000 covers a day. With a diverse mix of menus on offer, from gourmet meals and banqueting, to simple sandwiches and pizzas ordered via room service, the hotel provides an eclectic range of culinary experiences which Steve is proud to offer:
