- 225g Jumbo Cooked King Prawns
- 1 Tbs Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Nigella Seeds
- 200g Fresh Grated Coconut (you can buy this from any Asian market – check out the frozen foods section)
- 1 Onion, diced
- 50ml Tilda Rice Milk
- 2 Green Chilli’s, seeds removed and sliced (optional)
- 250g precooked rice (leftover rice is best!) OR 1 pouch of Tilda Coconut Basmati rice

In a bowl, mix the prawns, mustard, turmeric, cinnamon, nigella seeds and grated coconut together. Set aside and marinade for 10 -15 minutes.

Add your 250g pre-cooked rice (or 1 pouch of Tilda Coconut Basmati rice), diced onion, chopped green chilli, rice milk and marinated prawn mix to your non-stick pan and mix well.

Place the pan into the air frier and set to 180c with a 20-minute cooking time.

When ready, give the rice a stir and serve with a slice of lime, coriander, and more green chilli for extra heat.
