Fried Rice

  • 200g Tilda Easy Cook Long Grain Rice, cooked
  • 40ml oil
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 400g green or red peppers
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • Soy sauce, to taste

Method

  1. Heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper and ground coriander. Chopped, cooked vegetables of your own choice may be added at this stage – i.e. celery, cucumber, courgette or carrot.

  2. Using two spoons, stir in the rice, lifting and stirring until the ingredients are distributed evenly throughout the rice. Season with soy sauce to taste.
