Easy Cook Basmati Campaign - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Golden Tickets – Easy Cook Basmati Promotion

General

  • The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating and entering in the Promotion.
  • The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although the Promoter shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.
  • Please be aware that Tilda Ltd will share your data with Tilda Foodservice for the sole purpose of fulfilling the prizes only.
  • Personal data provided in relation to this competition will be used in the same way as declared within the Tilda Privacy Policy.

Golden Ticket Promotion

  • The prize promotion is open to bona fide UK chefs and caterers aged 18 or over only.
  • Participants must submit a valid unique code from a golden ticket found in a 5kg or 10kg bag of Easy Cook Basmati rice on the entry form on the ‘Basmati Bonanza’ Golden Ticket campaign page in order to be entered into the competition.
  • Only entrants that have successfully submitted their codes within the following timeframe will be considered valid: 01.09.22 to 23:59pm on 31.12.22
  • The winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks of submitting their valid code via the Tilda website.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • There are 100 golden tickets only. Each ticket contains a unique code which relates to one of the available prizes. No exchanges or cash alternative available.
  • No multiple entries will be accepted per code. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
  • Participants must give a valid email address and postal address when entering on the online form.
  • The prize will be sent to the address given (the Promoter accepts no responsibility regarding mis-delivery or failure to receive the prize).
  • All data will be held in accordance with Tilda’s Privacy Policy.
  • Entrants must get permission from their employer before entering this competition.
  • Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are falsified in any way.
  • The promoter cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • Tilda Ltd will not enter into communication regarding winners’ selection.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

Promotional Period:

  • The campaign will run from 01.09.22 to 31.10.22, with the prizes still redeemable up until 23:59pm on 31/12/2022.

Prize:

  • There are x100 prizes to be won: x1 Cyrus Todiwala London Experience, x5 Virtual Cyrus Todiwala Cooking Academies, x5 Panasonic rice cookers, x10 Chefs Jackets, x10 Aprons, x15 Tilda Goody Bags, x24 £5 Tilda vouchers, x30 Tea Towels.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
  • The Cyrus Todiwala London Experience includes:
  • An overnight stay and breakfast for two at a London hotel
  • Private transfer to the restaurant
  • Welcome cocktails for two upon arrival at Café Spice Namasté
  • A 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing for two
  • Meet and greet with Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala
  • Tilda are not liable for any other expense other than those listed above.

Winner Selection:

  • The prize draw winner will be selected at random whilst being independently supervised.

Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be notified by email within 2 weeks of completing the survey via email.
  • The winner is required to accept his/her prize within 28 days of notification.
  • The prize will be sent to the address given (the Promoter accepts no responsibility regarding mis-delivery or failure to receive the prize).
