Le riz en est un excellent exemple avec ses glucides complexes qui permettent \u00e0 votre sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 de durer pendant plus longtemps et sont une source continue d&rsquo;apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les graisses<\/strong><br \/>Pour conserver une alimentation saine, notre apport en graisses doit \u00eatre le plus faible de nos diff\u00e9rents apports journaliers en nutriments. Pauvre en graisses et en cholest\u00e9rol, le riz peut jouer un r\u00f4le important dans votre r\u00e9gime. Le riz brun contient plus d&rsquo;acides gras mono-insatur\u00e9s (les bonnes graisses) que le riz blanc, m\u00eame si la teneur en graisses satur\u00e9es de ces deux\u00a0types de riz est faible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><br \/>Les huit\u00a0acides amin\u00e9s essentiels contenus dans les prot\u00e9ines fournissent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de base dont les muscles ont besoin pour se d\u00e9velopper et s&rsquo;autor\u00e9parer. Bien que souvent class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie des glucides, le riz est l&rsquo;une des meilleures sources de prot\u00e9ines disponibles sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le gluten<\/strong><br \/>Le gluten peut provoquer des troubles digestifs chez les personnes intol\u00e9rantes au gluten, ainsi que chez les b\u00e9b\u00e9s, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et les personnes malades.
