Dans un po\u00ealon, d\u00e9layez la f\u00e9cule avec 6 cl d\u2019eau froide. Ajoutez le sak\u00e9, la sauce soja, le mirin et le sucre. Joignez \u00e9galement la gousse d\u2019ail press\u00e9e. R\u00e2pez le gingembre et pressez la pulpe dans votre main, au-dessus du po\u00ealon, pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus. M\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Portez doucement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez mijoter quelques minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2018une l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sirupeuse. Si elle n\u2019est pas assez \u00e9paisse \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt, ajoutez encore 1 c \u00e0 s rase de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un petit fond d\u2019eau et poursuivez la cuisson.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Utilisation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022 <strong>Utilisation \u00e0 chaud :<\/strong> Glacez la viande, le poisson ou les l\u00e9gumes avant la cuisson ou le grill (comme le canard, le poulet, le saumon, le b\u0153uf ou le tofu).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022 <strong>Utilisation \u00e0 froid :<\/strong> Laissez refroidir la sauce et utilisez-la comme garniture pour un pok\u00e9 bowl, un bao, une omelette aux germes de soja, un tonkatsu, etc.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Astuces :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022 Vous pouvez utiliser la sauce teriyaki comme une <strong>marinade<\/strong> pour des viandes ou de la volaille. Dans ce cas, supprimez la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et m\u00e9langez simplement les autres ingr\u00e9dients, sans les chauffer.
